COMMITTEE REPORTS

Accessibility Committee

Bob G would like DCM to bring up the fact that the Area meetings should be accessible to all alcoholics.  Ramps, accessible bathrooms, etc.

Events Committee-

Father Martin tapes to be planned sometime this summer at the Broken Chains church in Taunton. Motion to hold the Father’s Martin tapes in July based on church availability. Per Yves, time can be anytime after 11am. Stacy suggests picking a date as soon as possible so an announcement can be made in the bulletin. Per Yves the cost for AC can be included in the rent.  Per John, collection will be given to the church.

Workshop on sponsorship.

Bob G. -There is a need for a workshop on Traditions. Consider running Traditions instead of Sponsorship.

Motion to run Traditions workshop was passed unanimously.

Bob G will research possible speakers from Central Service.
